This privacy policy explains what information Raisa Lee Tutoring (“we,” “our,” “Raisa Lee”) collects from visitors to https://raisatutoring.com, how we use that information, and how we share it. We collect only what you voluntarily send us, we don’t run analytics or behavioral tracking of any kind, and we don’t sell or rent any data we hold.
What we collect
- Contact form data.When you submit the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address, the service you’re interested in, your preferred contact methods, and the body of your message.
- Direct correspondence. If you email or message us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can pick up the conversation where we left off.
We do not run analytics tools, visitor tracking, advertising pixels, A/B testing fingerprinting, or anything else that records visits or builds profiles. We do not collect special-category data, payment-card data, advertising identifiers, location data, or anything that would let us track you off this site.
How we use what we collect
- To respond to your inquiry and to schedule and run lessons if we work together.
- To send invoices and lesson follow-ups by email if you become a student.
Who we share it with
We don’t share your data with anyone except the service providers that help us run the site:
- Resend— the email delivery service that sends contact-form messages to Raisa’s inbox.
- Netlify — the hosting platform that serves the site. Standard server logs may be kept briefly for security purposes.
We do not share or sell information for advertising. We do not pass your contact details to any third-party tutor referral service.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a student, in which case we keep correspondence and lesson notes for as long as the working relationship continues plus the time needed for any follow-up work or tax records. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing raisamj46@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Children’s data
We don’t knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. If a parent inquires about lessons for their child, the inquiry is treated as the parent’s data, not the child’s. If you become a student under 13, we will collect only the information needed to schedule and run lessons, with the parent or guardian as the primary contact and account holder.
International users
The site is hosted in the United States. By submitting an inquiry from outside the US, you consent to your information being transferred to and stored in the US, subject to US law.
Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change to how we collect or use information, we’ll update this page and refresh the “last updated” date at the top.
